The Li confuses many people. I think the Chinese Li is again different in measurements. Foochows have suok dong- suok nah suok churng (inch) suok ma (yard ) cheers.

當時可能用的是哩（英哩Mile)不是公里(Kilomile)，應該沒錯的。
CY,yes we always complain the China public toilets but 50 steps laugh with 100 steps, same same lah!
