湄公河（Mekong River），全長4180公裡，
是亞洲最重要的跨國水系，世界第十長河流，亞洲第七長河流；
流經中國雲南省、老撾、緬甸、泰國、柬埔寨和越南，於越南胡志明市流入南海。
湄公河上游在中國境內，稱為瀾滄江，
在柬埔寨語作Mekong（湄公，“母親”的意思），
越語作Song Tien Giang，下游三角洲在越南境內，因由越南流出南海有9個出海口，故越南稱之為九龍江。

The Mekong is a river in Mainland China and Indochina.
It is the world's 10th-longest river and the 7th-longest in Asia. Its estimated length is 4,909 km (3,050 mi), and it drains an area of 795,000 km2 (307,000 sq mi), discharging 475 km3 (114 cu mi) of water annually.

From the Tibetan Plateau this river runs through China's Yunnan province, Burma, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.
