砂拉越華族文化協會理事會兩年一次的就職禮，大部份理事並沒有參與文化活動策劃，實際工作者是工作小組的成員，沒有機會上報的，是在相機背後看人背影及拍人屁股者的拍照者；
吃完飯，會長對在下這個小組的成員說這不是白吃的飯，要做工了！原來亮相者是一回事，工作者又是另一回事！
