咱們講的是那種用亞答糖製的,是長方形的,中間有些小洞孔,很甜的,是好大顆的;最近有朋友說在中國的廣州街頭還有賣類似的麥芽糖,改天找到的話,一定留一顆給妳嚐吧!
I remember the Manga Tong as very sweet and very nice. The Westerners know it a Maltose in the fluid form.May be we should learn to make it ourselves now...like in the Chemistry lab. If you can find some let me know!!!Nice of you to remind us about this childhood delicacy.
