這是中國西安的回坊一條街的一個招牌

羊骨Ram Borne

在街道上的一家叫賈三的餐館，昌明特別order一隻羊腿，太好吃了，只剩下骨頭！
想到西安就想到羊腿......
aAfter we enjoyed the Ram Leg( a gigot) with a leg borne left,  in a restaurant, so delicious and so wonderful of the muslim food in Xi'an.

這是2008年3月間拍的，不過2009年舊地重遊，因為阿明不在，只好望樓興嘆......

東南亞都稱呼穆斯林為回教徒，伊斯蘭教為回教，這可能是因為回族的信仰所致。

he Hui people are defined to include all historically Muslim communities in China that are not included in China's other ethnic groups.

The Hui people are concentrated in Northwestern China (Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang), but communities exist across the country, e.g. Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Hainan, Yunnan, etc.
