Thieves are very uptodate...they really know how to steal new things..the cables in Miriis also got stolen several times...and streamyx can be down so often...why only these cables? Why don't they go and steal some rich people's gate or alarm system? Is there a conspiracy?

事情過後才澄清會不會太遲了。
那時候應該就要通知用戶，這樣用戶就不用急躁一直complain，一聲對不起也說不起？要知道用戶還需要付費呢，discount也能安撫民心。。。嘿嘿嘿。
打電話complain反正也沒人聽，
去年家裡的線，雖然電腦壞了，還是被盜用，要還三百元，去counter找他們六次，不了了之！
如此服務，怎能趕上先進國呢！？
集体罢还，让这笔没有服务的账目，列为他们的坏账。然后跟他们说，钱被偷了，所以不能还。
