ML,I wrote an article about bakau piling, contractors running away recently.Sad that some people were, and still are , unscrupulous. What has happened to all the checks and balance in our society?We cannot shrug and say, Meh Ban Fa...or mo peng huat.....cannot do anything about it!! Kong Pun Bo Yong.....
