他自己後來去新加坡唸書，遇到台灣來的賀立平，結婚並在澳洲的柏斯及悉尼牧會生孩子（在下在悉尼遇見他們）......六年前他們搬回台北，在新店（台北的一個地名）裡買了房子，第4及5樓，這是他過去約40年來的遷移圖；
台灣人的房子都非常狹小，他在半工半讀之餘，還兼做木匠，自己把房子裝修得實用又美侖美奐，人人讚好；第5樓的閣樓，樓中樓，加多一小層，可以教琴也可以給一些東馬來的浪子借宿－彷彿住在樹上的情調呢！Tree top渡假已成為生態旅行，咱們住在水泥森林的樹梢頭！
那天2月11日美鐘自醫院出來就到寶強夫婦倆的家休息，不久宇宙光的總幹事林治平教授及金明瑋與八萬都來了，說來探望也來實地考察這個閣樓；對於寶強的手藝從大至小讚賞不己！

一看到這裡，詩巫人應該滿足啦！咱們家雖小，但與台北這裡一比咱們可是個個都住在豪宅呢！
A very unique penthouse in Taipei, totally designed by Sarawakian,Rev and Mrs Ling Poh Kiong.
We stayed here for two nights. Many thanks for their hospitality and kindness ! We really feel like home, so i call it as Rumah Sarawak(Sarawk Home)!
Tree top accomodation is a trend of tourism at tropical countries, we experienced the tree top walk and stay at Tapei concrete forest! How nice is it!

Very apt = concrete tree top penthouse in a concrete jungle.
But the wood finishing is great in the hands of a real carpenter. Rare these days I must say.

Ghanyi,It is great to stay with this couple.I told Rev Ling he is not only a pastor but a carpenter as well, really follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ!
Yes I wanted to mention the First Carpenter too.
Today with wood getting rarer a skilled carpenter is truly appreciated. Perhaps one of the minor courses in Theological college could be carpentry...years ago one fo my daughters took up Kemahiran Hidup and she made a stool. ( We still value it)
I think his English name is Rev Milton Lam and not Ling as he is not Foochow but speaks foochow like us.

The official language in Malaysia is Bahasa Malay, actually we don't hv the official Chinese name, we have english pronounced name!And different dielect with different pronounciaion, so the same chinese surname with different writing. This is the diversity culture of Malaysia.

寶強是興化人,他的英文名是 Milton Puong Kiong Nee 有人曾以為他跟倪柝生有什麼關係,答案當然是沒有啦. blog上的comment麻煩您去解決,只是那個鄭世興竟然一度把牧師的姓記錯,實在為他的記憶力擔心.
