I see all my good friends enjoying Chicken Rice...oh..hooooo I am left out!! Has any one ever thought of interviewing a real Hainan Ren about the Hainan origin of Chicken rice ??? Nowadays you can have a foochow owning a Chicken Rice Stall...this is really a good cultural exchange and integration....and of course lots of Hainanese love Foochow Mee Sua...
